GUARANTEE
All Munroe Metalworks products are guaranteed for life, or as long as we are able to work. Should a product fail during the performance of it's intended use by the original purchaser, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Modification will void this guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover natural materials, normal wear, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or stupidity.
LEGAL
No sales to anyone under the age of 18. Certain tools and other products that we manufacture may not be legal in your area. Please consult local laws before purchase. Purchaser assumes all legal liability with regards to owning, carrying, or using our products. Munroe Metalworks cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, or chaos our products may cause.
PAYMENT POLICY
All prices in U.S. currency. We accept Paypal and most major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment in full is required before shipment. All sales are final.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our location in Montana via USPS priority mail, with the option of priority mail express for 30$. We ship to all 50 U.S. States and also offer international priority shipping. Most U.S. orders should arrive 1-3 days after they’ve been shipped, and between 6-10 days for international orders. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order and another email with tracking as soon as your product has shipped!
SHARPENING
We offer free sharpening of Munroe knives for the original purchaser, as long as you pay return shipping. We will also re-sharpen any Munroe knife for a small fee + return shipping.
REFURBISHING
We will continue to offer refurbishing services on a limited basis. Fee will be quoted on a per case basis. This refurbishing service will only put knives back to their original finish, or as close to it as we are able.
We will not refurbish or service knives that have been "pimped" or altered.
